“The show is a further exploration of my original DECKS, EFFECTS & 909 project (or way of performing) where I started using effects to modify the records I was playing while also adding extra percussion with a Roland TR-909 drum machine. DEX EFX X0X continues this style (my style 😉) with a modern digital setup (+ analog @playdifferently9439 MODEL 1 mixer) and an accompanying setup of my favorite lights that I’ve been testing Minuit Une Photons, and playful use of the LED screen for some much needed transparency within the “DJ as Superstar” era.” – Richie Hawtin
